Allison is a lifelong writer who grew up scribbling stories in notebooks and on those clunky teal Apple iMacs in elementary school, and she never looked back.

Born and raised in L.A., she’s been obsessed with Hollywood from a young age. She attended film school at USC, majoring in Cinema and Media Studies and minoring in screenwriting. After that, she spent a year at WME, before jumping out to work in documentary and scripted film & TV at Campfire Studios. She’s currently a book editor at Luminary Publishing House and a cofounder at Nightlight LA, a creative services company that creates undeniable pitch materials for directors, writers, and production companies. As a writer, her published work can be found in Maudlin House, Every Day Fiction, Herstry, DuFrank Lit, The Barley Field, and Switchboard Magazine. She’s also crafted half a dozen novels, and her scripts have placed in multiple screenwriting competitions.

As a  book editor and screenwriting mentor, Allison loves working with clients to refine and elevate their stories. Let’s talk structure, characters, and big themes! Every word matters — she’d love to hear yours!
